Pizza Prep Board

Pizza-making can be messy. But it doesn’t have to be. The Gozney Pizza Prep Board is designed to keep your flour contained and your dough-handling easy. The textured surface grips flour as it is spread across the board, creating an even coating superior to wood, steel, or marble. This prevents sticking and reduces large flour deposits when handling dough, for a pizza base that can be easily transferred to the peel without tearing. Raised edges prevent spillage onto your countertop, maintaining a tidy space and allowing you to reuse flour over and over. Unwanted flour can be swept into a rear catch tray and scooped forward as needed, reducing wastage.
