Mozzarella Fior De Latte
Provolone Picante
Gorgonzola Dolce
Taleggio

Pizza Quattro Formaggi by Feng Chen aka @leopardcrust. Made with 4 cheeses: Fior di latte, gorgonzola dolce, provolone piccante and taleggio for a perfectly balanced, cheese lover's dream.
Step 1:
Stretch out a 250g/8.8 Oz dough ball.
Step 2:
Top with a layer of mozzarella. Tip: If using fresh mozzarella, tear into small pieces and drain excess moisture using a mesh strainer or kitchen towels before preheating your oven.
Step 3:
Scatter over the rest of the cheeses, distributing them evenly.
Step 4:
Place them into your Gozney Dome or Roccbox at 450°C/840°F. Cook until the cheese had melted and the base is an even brown colour.
Step 5:
Remove from the Gozney Dome, finish with a drizzle of honey (optional), serve and enjoy!
