Step 1:
Heat the Gozney Dome to 480°F / 250°C.
Step 2:
For the pizza dough, dust the surface with flour or semolina and shape 1 piece of dough with your hands, getting a nice thin rim. Turn the Gozney Dome off.
Step 3:
Drizzle over some olive oil over the dough, followed by a handful of orange. Sprinkle over ½ tbsp of Pecorino-Romano and tear over 1 mozzarella ball. Top with a handful of red onion and ½ tbsp of Pecorino-Romano.
Step 4:
Dust the Gozney Pizza Peel with some flour and place the pizza onto it. Put the oven back on 450°F / 230°C. Place the pizza into the Gozney Dome, using the Gozney turning peel turn the pizza until it is nicely cooked and charred.
Step 5:
Sprinkle some of the pistachios over the pizza and turn the oven off and allow to cook for another 45 seconds to ensure a nice crispy base.
Step 6:
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and slice with the Gozney pizza slice. Repeat to make the remaining pizzas.
