What does a typical evening at a Secret Supper Club event involve?

  • Each event will last approximately 4 hours. Upon arrival you will check in with our host, where your name will be on the guest list. Festivities will begin with welcome drinks and nibbles giving you time to explore the beautiful surroundings. Your host will then welcome you and show you to the dining area and table. Dinner will then be served with wine pairings. After dinner there will be an opportunity to mingle with the host and enjoy some of the supporting activities such as the pizza demos.

    What is the price of a ticket and what’s included?

    Tickets prices vary depending on the region;

    Each ticket includes

  • A full seated multi-course dining experience
  • 1 x welcome beverage and wine pairings with our multi-course dinner
  • Opportunity to participate in other experiences at the event including pizza cooking demos

    Where can I purchase tickets?

  • You can purchase tickets via our website here. You can register your interest for all stops from 17th April. Tickets will then be released approximately 6 weeks in advance of each stop – register your interest to avoid missing out.

    What are the timings of each stop?

  • Each stop will run from 6pm - approx 10pm.
  •  

    Are tickets refundable?

  • No. All Secret Supper Club tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer make it we can transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event with the new guest’s name and information. Otherwise, they are welcome to use your name when checking in.

  • This year there are 5 stops of the Secret Supper Club. Please see the schedule below.

  • Part of the experience is the discovery of the location so we will reveal the exact location to ticket holders 1 week prior to the event including directions on how to get there.

     

    Can Secret Supper Club accommodate my accessibility needs?

  • Secret Supper Club events are alfresco dining experiences that take place in a variety of outdoor scenic locations – mountain tops, vineyards, rooftops – often with rough terrain. If you require additional assistance or have medical needs that you’d like to communicate with us, please reach out to us so we can help you enjoy the event to the fullest. Please keep in mind that there is an implied Assumption of Risk of Damage or Injury at our events. We work tirelessly to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, but we do encounter a variety of terrains and climates and weather can change without warning.     Can I bring my own alcohol/beverages?

  • No. Our events include wine & non-alcoholic beverage pairings at reception and at the dinner table.

    What should I wear to a Secret Supper Club event?

  • Secret Supper Club events are alfresco dining experiences that take place in a variety of outdoor scenic locations – mountain tops, vineyards, rooftops – often with rough terrain. Please dress accordingly and remember to wear comfortable shoes and bring a jacket or blanket to keep you warm once the sunsets.

    Can I bring my pet?

  • No, we do not allow any pets at Secret Supper Club events.

    Are children allowed at the events?

  • No Secret Supper Club events are for adults only. UK and Australia 18+. US 21+.

    What if it rains?

  • All events are rain or shine. In the case of rain, we will find shelter for the table but we recommend guests check the weather and dress appropriately.

    Will I be able to see a copy of the menu before I arrive at the event?

  • Yes, you will receive an email from us about 1 week prior to your event revealing the menu, location and so helpful hints on what to wear and bring.

    What kind of dietary restrictions or allergies does Secret Supper Club accommodate?

  • Due to the family style nature of our meals and in order to uphold the highest quality standards possible, we only accommodate vegetarian restrictions. The meals at our events are meant to be enjoyed family style and are for adventurous eaters, and, while we do our best to make accommodations for guests, we are not able to promise that a meal will be free of one particular ingredient.
  • When you inform us of your dietary restriction, we note it on your reservation, and we kindly ask that you let your server know on the day of the event so they can point out any dishes that might be a problem for you so you can avoid them.
  • If your allergy is deadly or poses serious health risks (especially if it pertains to a common ingredient such as onions or garlic), we would encourage you to refrain from attending the event, as we feel more comfortable knowing that you will be safe given our rustic outdoor kitchen.

    When will I receive direction to the event location and other important information about the event?

  • You will receive an email from us about 1 week prior to your event with directions to the event location, finalized event details, and helpful hints on what to wear and what to bring. Once you’ve made a reservation, make sure you allow emails from enquiries@gozney.com in your spam settings so you don’t miss any further communication.
